The significance of October 10, 2020 was noted by all those around Josh and Emma. After meeting on 10/10/2010, and getting engaged on 10/10/2019, it was only right for the couple to celebrate their Pacific View Tower garden wedding on 10/10/2020. Their closest friends and family were determined to help them celebrate a decade together, despite all the world may have thrown their way. And though they may have had to scale down their guest count, they were still surrounded by so much love and support. The mood of the day was nothing short of jubilant. All of the guests in attendance were thrilled to see the long-term couple finally walk down the aisle and say their vows. The good vibes made what was already a dream day the perfect celebration.
One of my favorite moments from the day happened right after their ceremony. In lieu of a full reception, they chose to celebrate by coming back into the space and sharing their first dance. Then they paid homage to their sweet moms with a special parent dance.
Josh and Emma: through everything, you two remained ever calm and focused on love. Your intimate ceremony showcased that above all else, you value your relationships with each other and with the people in your lives. There was nothing that was going to stop you from taking your vows on that October afternoon. And I felt so honored to be able to capture your love story. It’s clear that 10 years together has given you two a strong foundation. You’ve spent the last decade creating so many beautiful moments together. And I know that in the next several decades to come, you will create even more. Congratulations you two.
